Published pricing for programs, agencies and commands
Everything below is our standard commercial price list, published openly and applied to every buyer in the same category. There is no government price, no military price and no veteran price on this page, and there will not be one. If you need a formal quote against these numbers, email programs@tailboardacademy.com and we will get one back to you within the week.

Cohort seats, 90-day access
For a program or command that wants to buy access for a specific group rather than have each person buy their own. One seat is one person for 90 days. Volume tiers are published and available to any buyer who meets the quantity.

Site license, 12 months
A flat annual fee for up to a capped number of concurrent seats. Not pro-rated by usage, not billed per student, and held in the name of the buying organization. Seats recycle when a cohort ends, so back-to-back classes do not stack against the cap. This is the same ladder whether the buyer is a college, a fire department, a hospital system or a military command.

Individual annual access is $179, so every tier above is a genuine volume discount on the same full product. Larger than 150 concurrent seats, or district-wide or command-wide? Email us and we will quote it against this same ladder.

Free with any purchase, and free even when your students or members buy individually at $59. We do not charge for the reporting layer.
How to buy
- Individuals buy directly on the site. No procurement action of any kind.
- Organizations email programs@tailboardacademy.com for a quote. We invoice, you pay by purchase card, purchase order or check, and accounts are provisioned within one business day of payment.
- Net-30 against a purchase order. W-9 and vendor packet available on request. We have not completed a third-party VPAT yet; we will send our own accessibility summary and answer a conformance questionnaire directly, and we will tell you plainly what we have not tested.
What we will not do
Worth stating plainly, because for some buyers these are the terms that decide whether a purchase is even permitted.
- No government, military or veteran pricing. One published price for everyone in the same category. Published volume tiers are open to any buyer who meets the quantity. A discount keyed to who the buyer is would disqualify some purchases outright, so we do not offer one.
- No custom or agency-specific version. This is a commercial off-the-shelf product, sold to everyone as it is sold to you.
- No vendor terms for the buying organization to sign. Accepting an institutional quote requires nothing beyond agreement on price and delivery. Nobody signs a vendor agreement that binds your organization. Individual learners do see a short data-visibility disclosure when they join a cohort, and have to acknowledge it, because it tells them what their instructor will be able to see; that is a privacy control we require, not a commercial term.
- Nothing that touches your network. Standard web browser on any device. No agency hosting, no CAC or single sign-on integration, no LMS integration required.
- No protected health information, ever. Provisioning an account requires only a name and an email address. In use, the platform stores what the learner generates: practice scores, topic activity, self-reported exam outcomes, and, if they choose to use the oral board simulator, their recorded practice answers. All of it is theirs, visible to their instructor only with recorded consent, and revocable in one click. We will walk your privacy or security team through the full data model on request.
